Business Support
Our experienced advisors are on hand to offer business mentoring and ongoing support – whatever is going on with your business.
Snack bar
The Picnic Hamper offers a wide range of hot and cold food, from sandwiches and rolls to cooked breakfasts. Buffet selections can also be ordered.
Subsidised waste recycling scheme
We offer all of our tenants the opportunity to sign up to our waste recycling scheme, which we subsidise.
The service gives companies the opportunity to recycle practically all of their office paper and cardboard waste, as well as plastic bottles and cans.
Stationery supply scheme
As a Jennings tenant you will have the option of joining up to our stationery scheme. We have teamed up with a local stationery supplier (b-line) and negotiated some of the best prices in stationery, by using the advantage of our buying power – aiming to save you £’s and also helping the environment with twice weekly deliveries onto site. At the end of each calendar year b-Line will work out a discount based on usage, Jennings double this and the total will be put into our new community trust fund which is donated to local causes.
Container storage
Based on the park are Barretts Self Storage – providing a wide range of user-friendly, cost-effective storage and archive options.
Day nursery
Mother Goose Day Nursery, based onsite, provide high quality care for children aged 3 months – 5 years.
Car valeting
A weekly car valeting service is available, offering a ‘wash n go’ to a ‘full valet’ service.
Meeting rooms
We offer a range of meeting rooms, for hire, within our purpose built office centre hampden house.
